Style

Colette’s style is compassionate and collaborative in working with clients to navigate challenges, embrace growth, and move toward meaningful transformation. She welcomes feedback throughout the sessions and works to fine tune all of the strategies to fit uniquely with the client’s personality, history and preference. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true change arises when clients feel both supported and challenged. Colette knows how to balance kindness with a direct approach, empowering clients to step onto a path of healing and self-discovery.

Colette’s clients are individuals seeking to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. “Many come to me feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, or struggling with life transitions and relational conflicts. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface, guided by self-compassion and a commitment to change. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, develop resilience, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and authenticity.”
